At Sworn To Us, we take pride in offering fast and reliable shipping and order processing. Due to high demand, we want to make sure each of our valued customers can secure their desired item in the right size.

Please note: All LA Galaxy Tees will take take 2-4 weeks to produce. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped directly to you.

Order Processing
Please read the following carefully: On average, orders and processed within 5-7 business days (M-F) after completing your order (excluding weekends, holidays, sale events and pre-sale items). Lead time are subject to change without notice. 

Due to the High Volume please allow 7-10 business days (M-F) after completing your order to receive a shipping confirmation and the tracking number to be active.

Purchasing Priority Shipping only gives you a faster transit time, it will not expedite the orders handling and processing time. 
 
In order to expedite your order processing time, please make sure to verify all information before completing your purchase in order to avoid any setbacks or delays.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Please note: We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages. It is important for customers who live in apartment complexes to stay up to date with their tracking and delivery in order to avoid missing or stolen packages. We offer the option to require a signature confirmation upon delivery in order to best track the handling of your order.

We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages caused by USPS or UPS.

Tracking Information 
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order. Please allow 2-5 Buisness Days for the tracking number to become active and begin to see updates. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 2-5 business days, please feel free to reach us directly via e-mail.

Delivery Information
Sworn To Us is not responsible for the physical delivery of packages. In the event that a package is lost or misplaced, it is recommended to contact your local delivery service (based on method at checkout: i.e., USPS, UPS, etc.) to gather more information on the physical delivery of the package(s) and/or to file a claim. In the event that a package is lost, we will help retrieve the package in any way we can. Please contact us at contact@sworntous.com for additional information.

International Orders
International orders are subject to customs fees in their country of destination. Sworn To Us is not responsible for any additional fees associated with the order in other countries. In the event that an order is refused based off of fees, the package will be returned to us and there will be a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit to the customer. Please note that shipping fees are not included.
Orders can take up to 30-45 days to be delivered and can go unscanned for several days due to changing covid guidelines.

Return/Exchange Policy:
  • All return/exchange requests are to be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached are eligible for return/exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges and returns
  • Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as Sworn To Us is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.
  • Sworn To Us has the right to refuse any return.
  • All “sale” items are final. If any exchanges are approved, they will be provided via store credit for the lowest sale price paid. 
  • All collaboration or event collections are final sale

Sworn To Us is internally composed of Mexican and Salvadorian creatives who make this machine go round. We’re proud of that and know there are others just like us who don’t see themselves highlighted enough in any business. 


We dropped our Mexico inspired ‘UNIDOS’ hat and quickly realized how proud something that showcases representation can make us feel. 


Now, we’re excited to release this El Salvador inspired piece.

Sworn to Us x AFJA is a Los Angeles based non-profit organization who has maintained a commitment to providing access to cost-free youth sports programs, academic scholarships and community service to youth in El Salvador.

Sworn To Us, with its Mexican and Salvadoran-American roots, has been supporting AFJA’s efforts for years through donations. This year, we are excited to collaborate on a special piece for Salvadoran Heritage Day at Angel Stadium this Sunday 06/30.

Our collaboration aims to support, uplift, and instill pride within the Salvadoran-American community while contributing to an incredible cause. A portion of the proceeds from each hat will be donated directly to AFJA, making this initiative more than just about baseball. Stay tuned for more details and information on how to purchase!
